When a bad week does NOT turn into a bad month, that's a strategy for limiting how long the bad days last. There's something about weekends for you that puts an end to bad week. So you could declare the next day after a bad day a weekend day, if that works for you. You could also figure out what it is about weekends that break up the string of bad days, and simply do that on a week day. Any of those are strategies for changing from unmotivated to motivated or from bad days to good days. I hope this helps you in some way.Tom Haskinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12658791778134826289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5117005533318160902.post-16592421211735494382010-09-21T08:33:25.422-06:002010-09-21T08:33:25.422-06:00Hello Tom,

Just recently I decided to commit to transforming my life and being the person that I want to be. This however is not my first attempt at this. I know that I've failed in the past because I didn't have an effective strategy for copying with the days when I completely lacked motivation. I convinced myself that if I had a bad day, it would utlimately mean a bad week and I would have to start anew the next week. I really appreciate that you're committed to this blog. I have also started a blog for quite a few reason: I want to be held accountable and I believe that I could provide support to also get some support from the readers who are also committed to creating lasting changes.

Please check out my blog and tell me what you think:

http://creatingamazinglives.blogspot.com/Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09912716344429194354noreply@blogger.com
